If you are planning to hold an event at the reservoirs, please complete and submit the following documents to the respective PUB officer(s):

- Risk Assessment, Safety & Emergency Evacuation Plan (endorsed by National Sports Association)
- Acknowledgement from all stakeholders on event
- Third Party Public Liability Insurance to co-insure PUB

Please note:
1a) For events that require any set-up of structures (e.g. pontoons) in water/land, applications must be submitted in full to PUB, at least 2.5 months before the event set-up.
1b) Concurrently, please submit application to Singapore Land Authority (Vanessa_TAY@sla.gov.sg and
GAO_Siqi@sla.gov.sg) to apply for a Non-renewable Temporary Occupation License (NRTOL).
Note: Processing time for NRTOL applications is approximately 2 months.
(Application for the NRTOL is applicable to all listed reservoirs, except MacRitchie.)
2) For events that do not require any set-up of structures in water/land, applications must be submitted in full to PUB, at least 1 month before the event set-up.
