The NEWater Visitor Centre (NVC) is an education hub that promotes water sustainability in Singapore and shares how NEWater is produced. The Centre offers a fun-filled and enriching time for visitors of all ages, with interactive tours and educational workshops.

The NEWater Visitor Centre is open for guided tours, and we strongly encourage visitors to book a session via our online form to avoid disappointment. Walk-in visitors may join the next tour session with available vacancies. Please note that only guided tours are available. 

Five guided tours are available:

• 9am to 10.15am
  
• 10.45am to 12pm
  
• 12.30pm to 1.45pm 
• 2.15pm to 3.30pm
• 4pm to 5.15pm
  

Please note that the tours are recommended for visitors aged 5 and above. Due to the nature of the exhibits, the tours may not be suitable for large group bookings for children younger than 4.

With effect from 29 Aug 2022, mask wearing wh​ile at the NEWater Visitor Centre will be optional.

By Car/Taxi:

• Note: Koh Sek Lim Road is closed. The NEWater Visitor Centre can only be accessed via the Upper Changi Road East (near Bedok Canal).
• If you are coming from Bedok, turn right at the traffic light and follow sign into the NEWater Visitor Centre
• If you are coming from Changi, Simei, Tampines and ECP, turn left at the traffic light and follow sign into the NEWater Visitor Centre
