Currently, there are 4 categories for the ratings. The rating provided is category specific determined by each category’s flow rate/flush capacity/water consumption.
Note: With effect from 1 Apr 2017, products advertised/offered-for-sale or displayed have to bear the new water efficiency labels. These labels have to be shown with prominence to help consumers make informed choices.
