14 April | Get Active @ Marina Barrage | Marina Barrage is a hot spot for exercise and fitness activities. Many activities such as brisk walk, yoga, cycling and take place at Marina Barrage regularly. Look forward to a day full of land and water sporting activities as we encourage the community to be active and have fun with their loved ones. Mass Yoga, Qigong, zumba and many more are available for the community to try out! |
26 May | Adventure Cycling @ Marina Barrage | Experience cycling along the reservoir, surrounded by the beautiful cityscape. Participate in safety workshops and cycling clinics; learn how to maintain bicycles and much more. |
9 June | Movie Marathon @ Marina Barrage | Picnic and catch a movie right by the blue waters and under the starry sky on Marina Barrage's iconic green roof. Fringe activities such as a photo booth, inflatables, balloon sculpting and a variety of snacks will also be brought in for a complete entertainment experience. |
21 - 22 July | Kite Day @ Marina Barrage | Singapore Kite Day is one of Marina Barrage’s annual flagship events since 2010. Fliers from different countries come together to showcase their beautiful gigantic kites, demonstrate their flying skills and perform kite stunts. Magnificent kites will be on display around the installation, while the colourful wind garden display provides an ideal backdrop for a photo opportunity. |
9 August | NDP Celebration @ Marina Barrage | Every year, thousands of people gather on August 9 to celebrate Singapore’s birthday.
Since 2008, Marina Barrage has been organising NDP-related activities. This year’s concept is to transform the barrage into a big playground filled with big inflatables, exciting bubble machines, snacks, drinks and stage performances. The visitors can view a “live” telecast of the parade from the LED wall.

11-12 August | RSAF50 @ Marina Bararge | Held over the National Day weekend, Singaporeans are invited to bring their families for a picnic at Marina Barrage while viewing the commemorative RSAF50 aerial flypast comprising more than 20 RSAF flying assets and aerial displays by the F-15SG, F-16C/Ds and AH-64Ds. |
1 September | Swap Le @ Marina Barrage | Swapping is the new shopping experience. At Swap Le, you can swap clothes, books, toys and more. Do your part for the environment by helping to spread the message of reduce, reuse and recycle. This will be a day of promoting environmental sustainability and a day filled with awesome music, activities and snacks.

26 - 28 October | Finale Bash | To mark the end of 10th anniversary celebration, the Marina Barrage will be transformed into a “Mini Art box” on the last weekend of October. About 50 to 100 local and foreign food vendors and crafts will be brought in for this event. Beautiful tunes and beats will set the mood and entertain the crowd. A special boat tour around the Marina Reservoir will be organized for the public to experience the efforts that PUB took to ensure a sustainable water supply for all. Finally, a spectacular pyrotechnic display will end our celebrations on a high note. |
